Documents for car leasing
The leasing company assesses every application before approving it, so we ask you for a few documents. This is the exact list for individuals, self-employed people and companies, the same one you will see in your client area.
Documents we'll ask you for
Upload them from your phone, as a photo or a PDF, whenever suits you. If you're already a customer, you don't need to send them again.
Individual
- DNI or NIE (Spanish ID), front
- DNI or NIE (Spanish ID), back
- PayslipsYour last two, in one file or separately. If you're a pensioner, your pension certificate.
- Bank account ownership certificateA bank document showing you as the account holder.
Self-employed
- DNI or NIE (Spanish ID), front
- Income tax returnThe most recent one filed, in full.
- Tax registration (modelo 036 or 037)
Business
- Company deeds
- Corporate tax returnThe most recent one filed.
Don't have payslips (pensioner, recently registered, income from abroad…)? Let us know when you request the car and we'll tell you which documents work in your case.
How to send them
- After you ask for the car. To start we only need your name, phone and email, with no account.
- From your phone or computer, in your client area: a photo or a PDF for each document.
- You log in with a link we email you, with no passwords.
- Your ID card counts as a single document: you upload both sides.
- If you are already a client and your documents are still valid, you don't send them again.
How they are protected
- Your documents are stored privately: there are no public links to them.
- Only the Logacar team handling your application and the leasing company assessing it can see them.
- Every download of a document is logged.

You receive the proposal
With all the terms, so you can accept it or not from your area.

Why are these documents needed?
Because the leasing company assesses every application before approving it, as a bank would: it checks your identity, your income and the account the payment will be charged to.
Do I need them before asking for the car?
No. First you ask for the car with your name, phone and email. You upload the documents afterwards, whenever suits you, and your area always shows what is missing.
What if I don't have payslips?
If you are retired, have just started working or have income from abroad, tell us when you ask for the car and we'll tell you which documents work in your case.
